Oh My heART!

So last weekend (12/7) I was surprised with tickets to see Yayoi Kusama exhibit at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta. I had been seeing a lot of people I know who live in L.A. posting photos from their visit ad I just thought, “Wow that would be so dope to visit!” Fast forward to this past weekend when my thoughts manifested into reality. This exhibit was breathtaking. When you visit you get to see a lot of her work on display and then there are 7 rooms- 6 of which you actually enter into. You are allowed to go into the room for 25-30 seconds in groups of threes. While you are in the room you are allowed to take photos and videos but flash is prohibited. There was one room where phones were not allowed because of the pumpkin sculptures that were extremely fragile and could break if a phone or something fell on it. After this visit I have decided that as I travel I am going to visit different museums and locate more of Kusama’s artwork. Below I share some of my favorites from my visit! Enjoy 🙂

P.S. I made these pants!
