So living in Florida we get about four or five days of winter so I decided to take advantage of one of those rare days and bust out the thigh highs. I purchased these thigh highs at Forever21 and the dress is from Urban Outfitters. The clutch I am carrying was a DIY using MimiG’s fold over clutch video tutorial found here.
